The lady with the piercing does an amazing job and has a great attitude. The Hispanic lady cut a bald spot above my left ear and in the back of my head that can't be fixed. I felt like she was rushing it the entire time and she didn't care.

It's a great place overall, but the organization is slacking. My son and I were waiting there for an hour just to get a simple haircut and we were totally skipped! About 3 people who came after us got theirs done while we waited. I spoke up about this, but they shut me down quickly. They told me that these people made appointments and left. I wanted to say though that I was already sitting in the chair with my son while they made the appointment. Terrible organization but cleansly and friendly.

It was an amazing experience. The workers were great and very friendly, and they attend you very quickly. They do an excellent job with interpreting your haircut choice. I would 10/10 recommend this to anybody. A very great choice 😊

The Hispanic lady cut my grandmas hair and cut it completely cricked around her ears. Didn't even give her what she wanted. And she talked in Spanish the whole time to another worker while cutting her hair. Completely rude and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.
