Very good and fair hair salon. The crew is very welcoming and friendly. I always go there for color, cut or just a blowdry. I highly recommend it :) Ps: i don’t get all the negative feedback. I personnally never had a bad experience :)

Honestly, best place for a haircut, staff is super kind and if you tell them what you want they will do their job correctly. Highly Recommended.

I'm a guy so I'm not a complicated haircut. They do a fine job at this Supercuts. However they are ALWAYS under staffed. Dont expect to get a SuperQuickCut. Some (not all) of the hairdressers have attitude and makes it awkward for a customer, especially when they argue with each other.

I have been a customer at Waltham SuoerCuts for a couple years now and recently had my hair colored. Unfortunately the color didn't take through all of my hair - the top half turned out very orange. The supervisor/manager, Debbie, told me if I came back in a few weeks, they would be happy to touch the color up. Well, I went back 5-6 weeks later and was told by Debbie that company policy only allows for complimentary touch-ups within two weeks. I let her know if that was the case, I would have been back immediately, as I really dislike the color. She said there was nothing she could do unless I wanted to pay full price again. I am not upset with the way my hair turned out, you can never know exactly how it will turn out. The customer service on the other hand, was so poor that I will never go back.
