dealing with these people has been a clusterfuck from day one. They messed up my VIN number to start with bu having it in their system wrong. The car I bought has messed up several times since I got it; I haven't even put 7K miles on it. Every time I bring it in for maintenance (since I got their extended warranty), they can't find the warranty or "it's messed up in the computer" or some excuse. Their service department is also seemingly trying to win a contest for worst customer service. I've been trying to deal with them for hours today, and they just keep giving me the runaround. basically, avoid this place like the plague. They'll sell you a bunk car and then work really hard to not fix it.

****UPDATE  Today (8-22-17) "Andrew" called me and asked me how I was going to pay for the service I got the last time I was in.  I paid via credit card. It's on my statement.   He called me 4 times before 8 AM, waking me up.  When we spoke, he instantly tried to accuse me of not paying.  It wasn't "hey we have a mixup" it was "HOW WILL YOU PAY FOR YOUR CAR MR. JONES?".  God he's the worst and this place is the worst. I Have a warranty here and 3 more free oil changes but I'm not going back.  I'd rather pay someone else to fix it than deal with these inept scam artists again.  AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Micheal Brislin in the Service department was great. He always answered my phone calls, always made time for me, always gave direct answers. He was polite, forthright, truthful and made my experience absolutely bearable and pleasant. He made the entire experience.

Buying a car is usually not the most pleasant experience but dealing with the professionals at Superior Chevrolet makes the process a lot better. The store has a very welcoming feeling and the staff made us very comfortable while there. Will recommend and be back!

Total liars, rude. A bunch of condescending "men." Maybe if I came in a with a man by my side I wouldn't have been fed lies and talked down to and treated so disrespectfully.  Specifically Dorell and Chuck. Overheard Dorell mention over the phone he hadn't sold a car all day, wouldn't be surprised if he's even sold a car all month. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is that if having slimy, dishonest used car salesmen as a goal, then they hit the jackpot. I dare to ask a question and call them out on their lies, and was then told to go somewhere else to buy a car. And then hung up on. These are awful people, never been treated so poorly. Obviously, after this experience I would never want to do business with them or recommend anyone else to do business with them either. Based on my experience with them, this dealership does not deserve your business.
