I've brought 2 cars from Tidwell. My sister has brought one and sent a friend there and they both were pleased with the cars. Ali and nick are great people any issue I had with my car I was able to get resolved even without a warranty they treated me well. Great customer service even today without me no longer having the car from them we are still great friends. I would recommend any first time buyers or even if you have not so good credit to shop with Tidwell they will make sure you get in a car.

I had a terrible experience with this company! My and sister both purchase a vehicle from him and two weeks both cars stop around the sametime. My sister transmission went out an mines completely stop working. We both purchase the warranty he claimed would work and could go anywhere if we had any issues which was a lie.  He end up replacing my engine after weeks of going back and fourth. The engine light was still on after replacing the engine which he refused to fix. I had to fix it on my own. Im still having issues with this car. Worse experience I ever had. Worse decision I made! After looking back I really should have sued him! Please avoid at all cost. I would never want anyone to go through this!

I have known Ali and part of his family for years.my husband bought a lot of cars from him.he also was always available when Ali needed help.my husband became sick a couple years ago.however if Ali called my husband dropped whatever he was doing to go help him.once a car ran through his fence.he immediately went to fix it.no matter how bad he felt.that's the kind of friend my husband was to people.my husband was buying me a SUV when he passed away last October.I was very sick and in the hospital when he died.I tried to get a tag it wouldn't pass emissions.I went to Ali and he told me to leave it and would fix it.I was and still am facing so many problems financially,sickness and more.I Had a van my husband had purchased from him also.I was unable to keep both so I sold that back to him.he have me about half we paid.also with some of the money I made several payments on the SUV.still believing he would fix it.after sever visits and calls Ali tells me he had no title to my van.needless to say I'm very upset not to mention hurt that he never offered me any money back in fact accepted money from the small amount from selling the van back .or not offering me anything else to drive.I thought he was so much more of a better person than that.maybe one day his conscious will bother him enough to do the right thing.if so I'll rewrite this review.

BUYER BEWARE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY LIED THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE CAR, LUCKY THE CAR WAS ON WARRANTY AND I GOT IT FIXED OTHERWISE THEY WOULD NOT. ALI SAMAD HORRIBLE OWNER!! DONT SHOP HERE KEEP GOING AND FAST.
