No one there wants to help without a attitude or take responsibility for their own actions for mistakes. Making it hard on people that have to pay for them.

The staff here are amazing especially considering the stress and situations they probably go through daily.  

My only complaint would be when they misplaced an affidavit, claimed it was never filed, suggested that the individual who filed it could have lied about doing it, and then not searching my file for the affidavit like they said they would. 

Had a very lovely lady correct the issue today for me.
