Had to use them twice and they were always quick to fix the problem, professional, and stayed true to their quote! Chris did an excellent job installing. Absolutely no complaints!

Called Superior after reading the good reviews. They were able to get a nice tech to my house in 2.5 hrs. I explained the problem of the gas not coming on. The tech checked numerous areas but did not know much about my older furnace. He was here for over two hours and did make phone calls back to his boss a number of times. End result was a loose wire off the gas valve. The Tech is a great guy but this seems somewhat of a first area to check before taking things apart. End result was $150 dollars for a simple fix. The tech told me his boss discounted this price.

Beyond amazing customer service!!! Went above and beyond and they do amazingly honest work which is rare these days! Just got a customer for life

Once again, Superior provided timely, professional service. Kyle was very thorough in explaining best practices to keep systems working properly. We've gone to Superior for all our electrical and HVAC needs, and they've never failed to wow us. Will continue to be our "go to" guys.

have tons of damage from faulty workmanship. floors ruined mold in many walls . owner refusing to deal with it properly. i have been trying for over 8 months to deal with it all. took 3 months before could finally get them out to repair the leak. now 5 months so far with trying to get repairs done. probably court bound
