Fantastic service and work. I have used Rodney for years. This last time he re-plastered my pool and did quite a bit of patio/yard work. I love all the results. Rodney is great to work with and is very responsive and patient with all my questions. I feel he really listens to what you want and then guides you to what will actually work and look good!

I have worked with Rodney Ratliff with Superior Outdoor Solutions for four years and he has the keys to both my homes. He is honest, fair priced, and loyal. Rodney takes the stress out of my life when it comes to home maintenance.  I am blessing to have him and his family in my life.
 I have a lake house in Point Venture, TX that is a rental and he supervises the property for me. He is a handyman that can fix anything!!!! (Plumbing, gas lines, air conditioning, pool equipment, rock/tile work, anything with a motor/gates, boats, pool heaters, Polaris issues, hang pictures, sheet rock work/painting, cleans boats, and move my kids into their apartments at UT!!!) He will do anything for you that you need.
 If I have an issue with a renter, Rodney will come the same day and fix the problem. He has been my life saver when it comes to upset renters. (Especially when there is an air conditioning or a spa issue-he has always fixed the problem in a couple of hours.)
I like him so much he now manages my home in Austin. He does weekly lawn and pool maintenance for both my homes.
Rodney figured out how to put a gas heater in my pool in Austin. I had several other companies tell me I could not use gas to heat the pool unless I put in a new line from the street or put in propane tanks. He also converted my chlorine pool to salt water.

Fantastic job!  Rodney Ratcliff is ALWAYS more than willing to help out!  Pays strong attention to detail and builds exactly how client wants it.  Super nice and VERY trustworthy!  I would hire him to do every project around my home!

Superior Outdoor Solutions and Rodney Ratcliff are fantastic. They have been nothing but the best in the 3 years I have known them and had them help me. Always best service and value. Only wish I knew about them years prior!

Our electrical had to be redone by a proper company and it's still not completely fixed. They took out my sprinkler lines I just had paid to be put in (on accident supposedly). Won't warranty any work because the pool master (yes that is really what he calls himself! LOL!!!) Boomer Block didn't work out. If you want a poorly build pool, call Boomer Block, Gordon  or Rodney Ratcliff. Oh ya, Boomer tried to sue me for $4 million for writing bad reviews-what an idiot! However, Gordon and Rodney keep working for the con artist and know how bad he "manages", so you have been forwarned-of the 5 people I know whose pools they've done, EVERY one of them have had to have people come in an redo! Don't let them NEAR your house!!!! And any good reviews are friends, family or employees.
