They lost a loyal customer today. Another car wash recently went in down the street but I have remained loyal not even giving the other guys a shot. I also have free car washes for life thru my dealership but go here because of convince. I always get "the works" I like the air freshener and I like to use the dash wipe while we go thru the wash. When I was asked if I wanted an air freshener I was surprised because that is part of what I am paying extra for. When the gal gave me my receipt and air freshener I reminded her about the wipe.  She said they were out. Another thing that I had just paid extra for. After I go thru the wash I still have bugs on my windshield. I have never had this problem before. I thought that was why one girl had a scrub brush and the  another girl had the hose. I guess you could blame it on the employees.

SCRATCHED MY CAR!!!! The clear coat was scratched in three different zones from their pre-wash - pictures attached. They spray it down and then scrub it with brushes that pick up particles and grind them into your clear coat.  I talked to the manager, Allen, when I saw what happened and he denied any wrongdoing and refused to talk to, or allow me to talk to, anyone above him. Unprofessional and irresponsible company that won't fix the problems they cause. Will never use this car wash again.
