I had a shower built in my guest bathroom using their materials and tradesmen, and they did an unbelievably good job. I am very particular, and the tile work was perfect; they cleaned up well like they had never been there; and the workers and Mack were unbelievably nice to work with. I'd give more stars if I could.

We used sbmtx for renovating floor and 3 bathrooms. Allen and Mack were very helpful and answered all questions for material we wanted to buy. Mack gave us the best price for installation.They have huge selection and the best prices for the material. Mack and his team did wonderful job. They were very prompt. Rafeal is very knowledgeable and discuss everything in detail before stating the job.

Hats off to these guys.  I needed an unfinished plain oak 9" wide base kitchen cabinet to match my existing cabinets and I could not get one off the shelf or on-line from Home Depot or Lowes. I called Surplus Building materials to confirm inventory, ordered it, and I had the new cabinet in 3 days - and I live in Denver.  Then, I decided to replace my 30" upper kitchen cabinets with 42".  Again, I could not find them for quick availability or quick ship anywhere in Denver.  I ordered 8 cabinets and 2 side panels on a Thursday, and I had them delivered to my my home in the Denver metro area the following Wednesday - less than 1 week - I just noticed they shipped them air!  Good job to the whole crew at Surplus Building Materials - your customer service is great. Thank you for helping me get this done by Christmas.

Fair price and great service! I was greated with smile and treated with pretty nice attitude! All associate were helpfull, specially Nani which walked me trough all many different options they have. Will highly recommend to everyone looking for different varieties  options.
