I visited this location to get a part and my experience was absolutely fantastic, the two chaps helped me to ascertain the proper part, and the cost. 

And this really reinforced the brand for me. I recommend Dyson to friends and family, not only because of the superior performance of its vacuums and its long lasting nature (I bought mine in 5 years ago), But also because of their continued customer service that supports their products. If it is a Dyson no matter what product it is, from vacuums, to air humidifier’s, two fans, ET see, trust it to be the best. That has been my experience.

My Dyson vac seldom has issues, but I'm secretly a little pleased when it does, because my experience at the Farmers Branch, TX service center has been uniformly amazing.  Both times I've been in, Natalie has helped me, and both times she has really impressed me with her knowledge (she diagnoses my machine from my imitation of the noise it makes), friendliness, and willingness to take the time to fix it right there and then (for free, to boot) and get me back on my way. 

DYSON BIG-SHOTS, TAKE NOTE: Natalie is magic, and the sort of amazing customer-service experience she provides is what will keep me a loyal Dyson customer.

Great customer service! 
I took my vacuum during my lunch and they were so great. They helped me right away! They took it to the back and checked it out fixed it and sent me on my way. I drove from Mesquite to Farmers Branch and made it back within my hour WITH a fixed vacuum.  This place was great and the man that helped me was so nice. Thank you!!

Great repair center! I've been there twice to pickup parts for my 10 years old Dyson DC-35 and both times the associates were very professional and ready to help. If you have a problem with you Dyson go the this center. They will take a very good care of you. Thank you!

I had outstanding experience with my vacuum cleaners. I came for free preventive maintenance. I've met there the most knowledgeable specialists. All my concerns were addressed (even those I was not aware). Worn parts were replaced for free, as my vacuum cleaner is registered and has warranty. It is worth even I had to drive 40 minutes.
Buy Dyson, register it, provide feedback, have outstanding service. Then you can buy even better Dyson.
