The good thing about this restaurant is that everything was fresh. The fish was cold and was good quality. My biggest complaint is that all of the sauces were sweet and almost dessert-like. It throws off the overall flavor profile of the sushi roll when, for example, I wanted spicy, and it was very sweet and not spicy. Across every roll I ordered, this was the case. Overall, it's not very impressive compared to the many sushi places I've tried in Sacramento.

You're sleeping on this spot if you haven't been. Great menu! Great sushi. Plenty of delicious appetizer options to satisfy any craving. The sushi menu is extensive and you'll definitely find something to enjoy. There are other non-sushi options that are worth a try. On this visit, we had the garlic edamame which was just right. Absolutely loved the happy crabby, which is a creamcheese stuffed jalapeno. My 10 year old had the beef yakisoba which he enjoyed. I found the beef to be a bit bland, but the noodles were good. The staff was courteous, the location clean and well maintained. They do seem to be a bit understaffed but still kept us well attended.

So I thought I had a go to sushi spot in Anaheim, CA, but that was until I walked in to the Sushi Joint! Everything we had tonight was not only delicious but very fresh! Their chicken gyoza was a delicate crisp of delight and the rolls were so full of flavor and very well portioned. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, friendly, and delicious sushi place!!! To top everything off the service was great!!! We got sat down as soon as we walked in and didn't really have to wait  long for our food to be ready

Great food. Fast service. Everything tastes fresh. 1 problem why are they charging a service fee for dine in.... even if you pay cash. They are charginging you 15% just to eat here... would be hire rating but the surcharge irks me

I've been here before and thought it was one of the best sushi places I've ever eaten in went there again today after 2 years and I gotta say the quality is day one good everything tasted so fresh and just had that yum factor! I ordered the beef bowl with baked scallop rolls and they were really delicious! Definitely recommend coming here if you like sushi and or delicious Japanese food

WOW. ABSOLUTELY AMMMMAAAAZZZZING !!! It’s my first time here. Had a date with my beautiful and amazingly amazing daughter.  She actually suggested this place. PERFECT CHOICE MY PRINCESS. As soon as I walked in the SUSHI JOINT I was greeted and seated. SUPER NIIIIIICE PEOPLE. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH. I ordered a couple of salads and appetizers and WOW again !!! Ammmmmmaaaaaazzzzing. So delicious and fresh and beautiful and delicious again. Dinner was absolutely above and beyond. I can’t thank all that made this evening so perfect enough …. Thank you again Most definitely coming back really soooon. THANK YOU ALL VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH !!

Great ambiance and excellent customer service. Ordered a couple of their specialty rolls and some miso soup and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely would visit again. Spacious inside and parking on the side.
