I went at 12 am tonight and I waited for someone to take my order in drive through for a while that I call to call store to let them know I was there lol, I get it you close in an hour your busy, but when I got the food the rice was soooooo hard as if this plate of rice had been sitting there for a while. There was no beef juice what so ever as if it wasn’t even in its broth as usual , very little portion. I’ve ordered here before and never had a problem, but today was just horrible
Offered teriyaki ribeye? Well if its new … at least tell me how sweet is it. Hungry, irritated.. and cannot be allowed to know about what they want to offer rather than what I want. In other words, why promote something you don’t know about? Going someplace else for food
If was able to give this place a 0 I would the customer service is really bad at this place. The girls in the drive thru are really rude. I asked for 2 large chicken bowls and the food was super cold. This place sucks. There goes my dinner and a waste of my money.
I ordered beef and I got chicken on drive thru, she even repeat my order and I corrected but still I got chicken and she probably embarrassing to give me that order which she knows that wasn't right order and ask some other girl that has nerve to give me that order. Bye girls never go there again.Food: 5/5
8/22/2021 = 5 Star = Still love it , no issue , just no smile from the staff , may be because they are wearing mask LOL . 2019 = 5 Star = Very friendly staff, I love the shrimp and veggies.
Nice and healthy food. clean store. Workers are nice. But they take forever to bring food. Even once they gave wrong food. Had to come back. Make sure check what you got. Also drive through so slow. 15 mins or more for sure. So be ready for drive through. Specially at night time.
Another place that’s not getting my money any longer. None of the locations. They stack it up with rice and a little bit of beef and this is a Large plate! That was the biggest waste of money and time. And their BBQ beef is just regular beef with sauce on it and not a single sesame seed.
I went to Yoshinoya located at 12555 Alondra Blv in Norwalk CA 90650 and Ordered a Combo Beef Teriyaky Chicken, Steam Rice, and Vegetales, to go and when I got home I found out that my Order has more Rice than Beef, Chicken, and Vegetables, even on the other other of Beef, Vegetables and Rice also they put very little Beef on it, I have attached pictures of my large Combo so you can see how they serving the orders, I will never visit this Yoshinoya at this location and going make sure that the community knows what kind of service they provide there, and also will send a repor to the consumers affairs to let them know about this poor food services. I'm very upset for this.
Been going here for a while but their taste has been going downhill since covid. They recently gave me spoiled Orginal beef. Tasted sour, extremely mushy. Their beef used to be a lot better but it's been looking very dry and nasty
The worst experience ever. I arrived at 449 i received the food at 536 the 2nd problem the rive was hard the 3rd problem was the chicken was pink and i the quantity of chicken was very little for a large plate the worst part was The GM was there and argued me that i was imagining everything he never apologized or accepted accountability.
