Disclaimer: I've only been here for lunch. Good sushi, decent prices, no complaints from me. The three roll sushi lunch for $11.95 is my go-to. As a person who drinks water like a camel, I appreciate the carafe of water left at the table so that I don't have to try to keep asking a server for water over and over again.

Sashimi was very good. A bit too much mayo in the hand roll. Beer was very expensive.

The delivery service leaves a great deal to be desired. Multiple times, I've ordered and had my food delivered late, and twice not delivered at all ("Oh, I'm sorry, we didn't know"; it was listed delivery on the receipt, and via Grubhub)...from around the corner at a local hospital. Like...c'mon. My last meal took TWO HOURS to be delivered. I want to give them more stars bc the food is great, but the management is unresponsive and the food delivery/takeout setup is a mess.

I thought that this was a decent restaurant to have sushi even though it is not anywhere near fine dining, however we got our food and it did not match the description on the menu, the roll barely had any contents in it and no rice, which was not listed anywhere on the description. I proceeded to ask for the manager so he could maybe bring me something else, instead of him being attentive to the customer's needs he completely ignored our table for 20 minutes, and then when he finally came over, he was extremely rude, blamed us for not knowing how to read the menu and starting cursing at us and proceeded to kicking us out of the restaurant. I felt so humiliated and disrespected and will never go there again. Even if Sushi Room has decent sushi they have completely ruined their reputation by hiring such disrespectful, aggressive management, who have no concern for whether their customer is satisfied or not.

The food is great and the staff is friendly. Parking Garage right across the street for easy parking. No one is ever unsatisfied here. They even have Fries for the kids!
