Absolutely LOVE Sussman Kia. Buying experience was simple and straightforward - no haggling, no pressuring. Just easy. We worked with Lee Wilson and he was so friendly and helpful. We looked up the car we wanted and got it the same day. I always get my car maintenance done there and it is great. Gary is friendly and professional - he always lets me know what needs to be done immediately vs what can wait and how much it'll be before doing anything. The prices are reasonable. I don't mind waiting for my car to be finished because the waiting area is clean (and doesn't smell like cars - I hate that), there are complimentary snacks and drinks, and magazines and a TV for entertainment. I tell everyone how much I love my Kia Soul and Kia Sussman. Everyone should buy a Soul from Sussman!!

The best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Great customer service, 100% transparency and just genuinely good people that put you first. I highly recommend them!

I worked with Brian and Trish (finance manager). It was no fuss, no muss, no games. I needed a car, I found one online, made an appt. with Brian came in I drove it I bought. It was the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was polite, professional and explained everything clearly. I just wish that I had gotten the same car in red (I found it on their website later) but a great experience nonetheless.

This is one of my favorite shops that I've ever dealt with. They are fast, courteous, and professional in every instance. One of the best things about working with them is you have the sense that they are completely trustworthy, which means a lot when it has to do with one's car.

I just want to say I had a wonderful experience today during a very difficult time in my life. When everything was going so wrong Tianna Heyward made it so simple and easy for me to get the car that I wanted. Also I can't remember the guys name that did my financial part but he was super awesome. He really worked miracles for me today and I do appreciate that very much. Thank you so much Ebony S.
