WARNING: Horror story ahead: Service department is unprofessional and incompetent. Car was towed in on March 13. Called to let them know to expect it. Several days later called to check status. They had no idea which car was mine after informing them it was arriving by tow truck and they hadn't looked at it. Weeks pass, said they test drove it when they hadn't- GPS unit in car verified their lie. Drove there in person, said they couldn't verify my warranty. Had to give them the phone number from the Internet so they could call. (Any one could find this number in seconds) Said they might have to get an appraiser in and warranty company might tie things up. Waited there until he called. Repairs were approved on the spot. Given loaner now as this is a covered repair. Loaner is covered for 10 days - more than enough time to replace head cover gasket and alternator. April 18 - 35 days after being towed in and 20 days after receiving my loaner car my car was completed. Now they hand me a bill for $300.00 for the loaner car as their repair time exceeded my loaner car days limit on my warranty. HOW CAN ANY SHOP JUSTIFY 35 DAYS FOR A VALVE GASKET AND ALTERNATOR? Then due to there incompetence give me a bill for $300.00? This was at maximum a three day repair! STAY FAR AWAY - VERY FAR AWAY FROM SUSSMAN HYUNDAI! THEY ARE BY FAR THE VERY WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER PLAN TO GO TO.

I had the worst experience at Sussman Hyundai. I called them to enquire about the availability of a used car and was told by their Sales Manager "Steve" that the car is available. I told him that we would reach in about an hour (the time taken to drive over from WC to Willow Grove) and he said they will have the car pulled out to be checked. I reached their showroom and their Sales person gets us the keys and gets us into the car however after a couple of minute he comes back and says the car is no longer available. I can't understand how difficult is it to co-ordinate and call a potential customer to say that the car has been sold. I will advise people to avoid the place! Would have given lower rating if possible.

Worst dealership EVER!! My wife's sonata was recalled and the Hyundai approved it 3 weeks before this dealership ever called to let us know. I had to call hyundai to find out it was approved. I was also supposed to get a rental while I waited which never happened until I called hyundai again 3 weeks later to get that resolved! So much more to say but do have the time to go into more details. Just know this place is the WORST!!!!!

I bought a used van from Sussman last year, and they were terrific. First, they were decent in negotiating a sales price, but more importantly, when I took it home and within the 1st week the Check Engine light came on, they too full responsibility and repaired it. It has now been 1-year with the van, I have put over 20K miles on it, and it is doing well (knock on wood). I trust the management that was there, and am looking to buy again from them, even though they are an hour and half away from me. It is very rare to find a decent and honest car dealership.
