Attendant in evening told us we would be fine to park without pulling to curb. Attendant in morning gave us a parking ticket, and was rude. We were also over-charged $5 per day, as online the lot is $20 for 24 hours, and the lot charged $25.

We moved locations and tried to close our parking accounts several times but continued to be invoiced every month even though we received confirmation of closing at the time. I called customer service, emailed, and left messages multiple times and still haven't got this resolved. It amazes me a business can operate with service that is this poor. Very disappointing.
