Good prices for overnight parking in downtown Portland, much cheaper than the valet at hotels.  Street parking is also available but if you prefer a garage, this is a decent choice.

Horrible. Good luck if you have a larger vehicle. Small cramped garage on an incline. I'd avoid if possible

Be extremely careful of the narrow exit if you are driving a full sized pickup or car.

would not accept credit card until the 10th attempt.  they need to have their system checked out.

They have had a rash of car break ins. For those of us with monthly passes paid its upsetting.  They need to beef up security!
