Very POOR customer service.  I received a ring for my birthday however it was too big.  I went to the store and they unfortunately did not have my size.  I was told that they would order me the ring in my size and would have it the following week.  The girl took my name and number.  At the end of the following week since I had not heard from them I called and I was told that the nearby stores did not have it in my size.  So she explained that she ordered it with a larger order that she had placed.  It has now been three weeks and the girl that answers the phone barely speaks English and the manager is not returning my calls.  I will be returning the ring and re-purchasing it right online from Swarovski.  I will never do business with this store again and will make sure family and friends will not go there either.
