Very bad customer service!Worst sales person!I am a regular customer of Swarovski .I have bought around 15 products since last year online/any other store .I had few of my chains tangled.So i went to swarovski at dadeland mall,The sales woman refused to help me detangle it.She right away says we dont do that.She dint even try looking at that!!Then i visited Zales-Diamond store right beside swarovski store in Dadeland Mall.Zales people were excellent.They helped de-tangling four of my swarovski chains without charging a single penny!!They refused when i offered to pay.They did it even if its not their product and SWAROVSKI DID NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP ME INSTEAD REFUSED RUDELY!!BAD!!Zales-you rock!!

Unfortunately I bought three rings from here for my mothers birthday. When I purchased these I was told I had a LIFETIME REPAIR WARRENTY. The crystals have fallen out consistently for the past year and a half. I sent it to be repaired twice and still the same thing happened. I returned to repair it a third time and was told they no longner have the lifetime warrenty. Even if I purchased the rings a while ago (when they did offer this). I kindly asked the workers at this location to help me find my old receipt. To which they responded that they got a new system and they couldn't help me. I was offered no assistance or solution. I was so very upset by the way I was treated at this location that I will not be returning.

Horrible service! Bought a gift for my wife for our anniversary and unfortunately she didn't like it. She went back to return it for a refund and the manager Martha gave her a very hard time. Apparently she REQUIRES the original receipt ONLY because she needed to scan the bar code. However, my wife had a copy of the original receipt and the original AMEX credit card I used. It is hard to believe that they cannot look up these transaction any other way. There is even a transaction code on top of the bar code. What is that # for, if not to look up a transaction. Not a good way to treat your repeat customers. Not worth the hassle. Swarovski has lost me as a customer. Looks like Martha prefers that I resolve this the hard way. I have already contact AMEX to charge back the transaction and spoke to Swarovski corporate office.
