Beware of the rude makeup associate located at the Estee Lauder counter at the girls department. She is aloof and arrogant. She is African American, early 20s and has no idea how to provide customer service. I was looking for a certain foundation shade and she had to make a petty comment about my skin color. Newsflash, women come in all shapes and skin tones, no matter what ethnicity we are. Seriously, sales associates, especially those that depend on commission, need to treat customers with respect and tact otherwise customers will take their business elsewhere. Associates need to keep their opinions to themselves. You are only doing a disservice to yourselves.

A great place to shop a variety of high quality products. You will see expensive clothing and shoes buy they offer frequent discounts so, if you are not in a hurry, you can find a good deal most if the time.

Horrible customer service I received in shoe 👞 Dept last week here , I was given a 25.00 Macy’s gift card by Mngr for the poor service and I’m back today and I had a Complaint due to know sales person on floor to help with anything and Super long line I register open for one huge section of Store . again Mngr was called and I was given Another Gift 🎁 card and apologies , I don’t recommend nd Macy’s Anymore , Worst Service and employee not helpful

Great place to shop for home furniture, kids clothes and small appliances. The customer service is not good in the kitchen and appliances area on the second floor. Every time I visit there is only one person to help which is the cashier! And you have to wait also to pay because she/he takes long times The only reason I visit this Macy's (Children's •Home•Furniture) because it is the closest to where I live There is another Macy's in Dadeland Mall for Women and Men clothes and accessories. And they have great customer service

Mirely S. at Chanel, Macy's Dadeland was fabulous. She did a makeover for me and was very nice. She was calm and took her time showing me all the ways to apply the cleansers, toners, make up, etc. I highly recommend using her. I was getting my car repaired at Firestone and stopped in and came out with a whole new look. Great for a refresher and I picked up some new Chanel products that she introduced me to. She's been there for 20+ years. Try her. She speaks English.
