Exactly what our wedding needed. Susan’s food is delicious; it was honestly difficult to decide what to have because we couldn’t have it all! We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding catered by Sweet Memories – two very different food themes but both delicious! They were even kind enough to let use the leftover soda from the rehearsal dinner at the wedding (when we hadn’t requested soda at the wedding). We also had two guests with food allergies (gluten and dairy), Susan went out of her way to prepare a special meal for them both just based off of discussion we had at an initial meeting. Because my parents and I aren’t living in the same state, there was a lot of back and forth regarding final decisions – Susan was gracious enough to deal with all of our last minute requests before the final bill was due. In the end I was so happy to find out that her buffet style service would include her staff serving from the buffet line. I was very pleased that my guests didn’t have to serve themselves for the main course. Everything about Sweet Memories fit our styles perfectly – from the food options to the staff; at our first meeting we spent over 2 hours just chit-chatting with Susan! She is a wonderful person who loves what she does and it shows in her work. Her services are affordable without sacrificing quality. She even made my husband and I a plate with a little bit of everything to be able to take with us to the hotel post-wedding so that we could have a nice meal together after the hustle and bustle of the wedding day! So blessed she could be part of our big day.

Went looking for baby shower. Ordered a dozen cupcakes with trucks and ducks. The flavor of the cakes was good but they looked like a child's project. They were small and the decorations were a square of fondant with a picture stenciled on. For the price we paid, we could have gotten an actual cake.

This place is great on making delicious cakes, but you better be a client that is having a wedding. Well, that is the impression I got from them. Other than that, you are not important. I had my husband picked up my cake on Saturday, when he brought it home it was wrong. I called them, and they said they couldn't do anything about it, because Susan is out with clients and I can bring the cake back on Monday. I came on Monday and the place was closed. I called the emergency number and the owner said she had the flu and she will deal with it, when she return. On Tuesday, I haven't heard anything; therefore I took the cake up there and her staff said she will be in today and she will solve the problem. On Wednesday it is 11:00A.M and I haven't heard anything. I call the business and they said she is with a client and she will talk to me later. Now I'm confused, but I'm a client too. When I arrive up there, she was talking to a client. She made it sound like I wasn't understanding towards her being sick and that is not the case at all. All she had to do is communicate and show her clients that she can be trusted. After all, I did trust you to make a cake for an important event for me. She was well enough to talk to her client.I was dealing with this problem since Saturday. I think I was very patient. Susan all clients are important and remember small orders add up in quantity. Also you never know who is referring you to other businesses or social events.

I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. They were at least 2 hours late, the plates were gross, and they forgot the bring the vegetables. They were hired for a wedding and practically ruined the brides night because they were so late and so disgusting. Please do not use this company. We need to get our money back! Paid waaaaaay too much for such poor service
