We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery and cafe located in downtown Courtenay across from the Zocalo and we invite you to come in, sit down and sample some of our delicious gluten-free baking. For the past four years my mom has been selling gluten-free baked goods at the local Farmer's Market. People kept asking her if they could buy her baking during the week but she felt she had enough to do with the market. However, I was ready to take on the challenge and with her help, I have done it! After a lot of hard work and elbow grease, we have finally opened up our little shop, where we serve espresso drinks, teas, coffees and cold drinks along with our scrumptious baking and light lunches.
