Excellent! Kind of a no=thrills straight shooter with no bedside manner. Very professional and kind staff who always comment on how handsome my dog is. Removed a bunch of nasty porcupine quills from Bo's face and right around his eye. Took two visits but sometimes it does. It's not exactly in what I consider the "affordable" range, but honestly, if you aren't prepared to shell out a couple hundred bucks here and there unexpectedly, you probably shouldn't have a pet.
