Companies that get their employees to write reviews for them....the thirst for immaculate public image is real, but my experience with this company is more real. I had a terrible customer service experience with this company (the landlords and property managers of the apartment building I live in), no need to go into detail, just know that that situation angered me enough to write a Yelp! review, and now this. My Yelp! review was so accurate and must have cut them so deep that they decided to continue their shady ways by having one of their employes respond to my review in the tone of a tenant. As if we are equal-which we are not. I am a tenant living there, he is the on site, live in staffer. Big difference. So when I log back into Yelp! and see his avi and his review/rebuttal, I'm taken by surprise. This just goes to show the ignorance behind the management "team" for this company. And its sad because as professionals there are better ways to handle unsatisfied, angry customers. Neve challenge my intelligence with ignorance. SWI has failed at their "mission" to "provide exceptional service to our clients and community while making them feel like family". Their philosophy of "...integrity, ethics and karma are not taken lightly at SWI Realty" has failed. Completely failed. And karma is very real. People in the real estate industry often loose sight of the fact that tenants are still customers. Just because there are no hand to hand transactions, receipts, or a lot of face to face interactions (on the account of you just mail your rent to them), I often feel like staffers just throw the idea of you (the tenant) to the side, and look at you as just another check. Don't do business with shady people, companies, or "teams"like Success With Integrity Realty. Do your research and continue to use the internet for the glorious place it is. Happy apartment hunting!
