Scott surely knows how to lose a customer. I have been coming to this car wash for years.  Last night I took my van through the wash and the unit didn't fully clean it. I pulled back around to get a rewash, I have done this a few   times over the years, and Scott denied me. His reasoning was that I didn't pay enough. His exact words were, "if you had a got a $20 wash, I would let you back through, but a basic is not enough money". That is piss poor customer service. If the unit missed serveral spots on my van, then I should get a rewash regardless of my wash options. He didn't even look at the areas that were missed.  I guess I will  go somewhere else or wash it myself going forward. I don't support businesses that treat their loyal customers this way.

The workers seemed nice though my car didn’t get very clean. The line was very long this morning.
