The long delay was acceptable due to the recent weather and the resulting long lines. The quality of the $45 detail service was not. My windows were greasy and smeared, although they had been fine when I arrived. I spoke to one of the managers who said they would redo the windows. After waiting for half an hour for someone to re-do the windows, I went to the office again and the same manager (Ron) told me someone would be out. No one came. 

Trip three to the office, the manager was paged but didn’t come. The cashier (Sorry I didn’t get her name) then went and found an employee  (Franklin) and asked him to help me. He did a great job. Thank you Ms Cashier and Franklin for taking care of business.

I like this place.  They do a good job at cleaning my trucks.  If they miss something, no problem in getting it right.  The monthly plan is the best.

I visited yesterday and it took close to four hours for a full detail.  The staff was very respectful however the servicing of my Saab was terrible.  They left wax residue all over the place and did not wipe completely.  I had to remind them to remove window debris which later they did willingly.  The inside still had dust, cloth remnants, and globs of wax that was not wiped properly on the seats and door locks.  They did not even vacuum my empty trunk nor remove the debris (maybe that is not added).  The mats were overly damp and have not dried since so I have to dry them in the sun.  Also, there was lots of dirt that had not been wiped away along the door frame.  I still provided a $20 tip for the $119 service however, I will not be back.  I understand that you informed me that you have been detailing all day with 6 cars prior to mine but I expect to receive what I paid for and I expect to receive the same energy as the first one detailed.  For the time and money, I could have done the job correctly myself.

We are on the monthly plan and it is great. We are on the road a lot with ministry around the country and always come in to Wish Wash for cleaning inside and outside. The crew is great. They are all friendly and do a great job. It’s nice to have a clean vehicle to go out on the road. Will recommend the monthly service to anyone.

I visit this location once a month and usually get the $30-$35 inside and out! Exceptional service. Only complaint is they will half due the inside at times but other than that. They’re great!
