Went here for a festive special lunch and received VERY POOR customer service. It took over 45 minutes to receive two festive specials and a children's pizza, which they claimed was the hold up, even though it only takes 8-10 minutes to bake a pizza. Customers that arrived well after us received their food first. When we were finally served the order was wrong! The waitress was not at all apologetic and actually walked away in the middle of discussing this with her. I was very disappointed with this location.

It's clean, popular and the food is satisfying. It's also reasonably priced. We return regularly for their dependable gf options. There's slim pickings for vegetarians. When something isn't quite right they go out of their way to fix it. Some of the table tops are in rough condition and the lighting is occasionally too dim. Staff are friendly and attentive. There's a take out service at the entrance and a bar. Popular with families and the older crowd. Their coffee isn't very good and their pies are of the recenently thawed variety. A pleasant experience all the same.

Place is usually busy but no waiting. Food is good and value for money. I always know what I'm getting & what I am paying. Service is food & staff us friendly. Been twice and no bad experiences at all.

My go to place to order from Swiss Chalet. You can place an order for P/U through their automated service, or go in to their takeout section of the restaurant. The food itself is what you pay for: chicken with fries, that may or may not be warm enough. When placing an order, I always drive over after because I feel the dinners are all ready and they just package it in to go containers. The entrance is off of Gold Links road, but you can park where the Shoppers is.

Typical Swiss Chalet fare, well executed. Attentive, helpful staff. Parking lot is an absolute mess, not nearly enough spaces or room to navigate. I usually don't go to this location just because of how terrible a parking lot it has.
