Great shop.  Great "no ego" atmosphere.  This is what I search for in a business.  I can buy my equipment anywhere.  It's the atmosphere that draws me to a particular location rather than to an online source (as I usually already know exactly what I want).  Thank you guys for your service!

I won't claim to have loads of experience with renting bikes, but Sycamore just set the bar pretty high. I was "that guy" that rolled in just before closing time on a Friday, and the bike was sitting in the stand with my name on it, ready to go. They walked me through the basics of the bike, made sure the seat post was adjusted and fit was suitable, and set me up with a flat repair kit. I was even able to grab a tailgate shuttle pad from them which really came in handy for the weekend. The bike was in great shape - well-equipped and well-maintained. I was the envy of the other (much more avid) mountain bikers in my group the whole weekend, even though I certainly tested the brakes more than the killer suspension on that Yeti. Returning the bike on Sunday was just as painless - dropped off the bike, my unused flat repair kit, and the shuttle pad and was back on the road home in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be back to rent again in the future ... and who knows - maybe even to buy a bike once I get a hang of that whole downhill thing. Thanks again to all the folks at Sycamore!

Great place to rent a bike, with fair prices! We got offered to rebook our rentals as the weather was quite bad! So great customer service also! All in very recommendable! The bikes are also in good shape. Looking forward to coming back again!

The guys in the shop did a great job of diagnosing and repairing my ride. Service was prompt, communication was excellent, and turn around time was good. They replaced my entire drive chain (Cannondale Supersix) and so far it feels incredible, huge improvement.

My boyfriend rented a Yeti from Sycamore Cycles (to try out another brand) and we had a great experience!  The whole rental process was simple and customer service was great.
