I have never experienced such amazing customer service like I did with Sylvia. I messaged her at 10 pm asking her to put something together for the next day for my nursing graduation because it had slipped my mind to order a cake! She not only provided a dozen cupcakes in the flavor and color of my choice, but also a cheesecake! She truly saved the day. I cannot recommend this place enough; if not just for how amazing their baked goods are cupcakes, cheesecake, macarons, and angionettes are to die for! but for how sweet Sylvia and her whole team are.

I consider myself a cheesecake connoisseur and I have to say this is one of the two best cheesecakes I have ever had! I stopped by Sylvia’s Confection Connection as I’ve heard great things about her cheesecakes. Sylvia was there and was most kind and helpful explaining the different flavors. I settled for the Whopper the malted-chocolate candy balls flavored 4 inch cheesecake. I decided to take a bite while still in the parking lot, and it was absolutely delicious! The cheesecake had the perfect texture, and the crust was  the perfect texture as well. The flavor was absolutely delicious! So much so I had to call the shop back immediately and tell Sylvia how much I enjoyed this cheesecake! I will definitely be ordering for my husband‘s birthday party in a couple of weeks and stopping by when I am in the North Haven area!

Sylvias is the BEST. If you haven't been there, I 100% recommend going!! My husband and I have tried dozens of different bakeries and Sylvia makes the BEST cannolis and cheesecake im not exaggerating. The angienetts are the perfect texture and taste as well. And Sylvia is so incredibly nice and welcoming. If you're looking for a variety and TRULY home made, this is where to go.

I ordered a birthday cake to celebrate 2 of my son's birthdays together, not only was the decorations perfect but it was the best tasting bakery cake I've ever had, one of my son's is a trained pastry chef and he was very, very impressed with the cake, Sylvia makes everything fresh and it showed.

Sylvia and Louann are the nicest the customers seevice they both provided was excellent!! Thank you so much for the special Harley cake!! We will definitely be back again!!

Special ordered bite size cheese cakes for a family event, and they were quite the hit. Sylvia was a pleasure to deal with and not at all phased by my topping requests for the order. I’ve also had the pleasure of having a few different treats from there and they too did not disappoint. And her ice tea…the best I’ve had from anywhere, even my own fresh brewed can’t compare!!

I ordered an apple pie from Sylvia’s Confection Connection. That pie was one of THE best apple pies I ever had! I felt compelled to write my first review ever because the pie was just that good! Sylvia’s is conveniently located next to the new Dino’s location in North Haven. I just stopped in one day. It was well worth it. I’m telling all my friends, I hope you do too! Enjoy!

North Haven desperately needed a bakery and Sylvia's is definitely a welcome addition. The space is cheerful and extremely clean. The display cases were a combination of cookies, assorted pastries, danishes, muffins, and an amazing variety of cheesecakes!  Their were cheesecake lollipops, 4" cheese cakes, and full size cheesecakes in a variety of flavors.  The menu boasts 25 cheesecake flavors!   The crumb cake square was huge and delicious!  We have eaten off of it for the past 2 days. My absolute favorite item was the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. It was buttery and flaky with a delicious filling baked into it consisting of egg, bacon and either chives or scallions. It was perfection!  Sylvia also makes a ham and cheese version as well as a spinach and ricotta. A perfect breakfast item!  Give Sylvia’s a try. I think you will be glad you did!

Sylvia's is like your every childhood dream of a bakery come true, with cases of candy and delicious confections like pastries and cheesecakes, cookies and muffins, all in spun sugar surroundings.  Her baked goods live up to the promise of the atmosphere.  I special ordered a birthday cake for a friend, and it was a delectable work of art.  Her cheesecakes are simply to die for.  I would recommend this wonderful bakery to anyone seeking something for a special occasion, or just to pop in and grab a coffee and a little something for the other hand.  Outstanding!!

What wonderful deserts! I stopped here and got a few things to try and wow I love them all! We got some cookies, cheesecake, and a chocolate croissants. They are amazing! I have been looking to have a good bakery in north haven and this does not disappoint! The inside was cute too! The price was not expensive at all too for how good these deserts are! Must try in north haven!
