Love Syracuse Bicycle!  I took a class tonight on how to take care of my bike.  Brian, the instructor, was awesome.  He took us through the parts of a bike, how to maintain our bike, and most importantly, how to change a flat tire. I thought it would be intimidating, but Brian took us through it step by step, then we got to do it ourselves.  I feel much more confident! And the class was free!!  Thank you for a great experience!

I both bought my 2 bikes there and get them serviced there. Tried other places, but left disappointed with the work. I am always treated me well, and the staff is the greatest.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in today with my electric bike, and had some questions about the brakes and the chain alignment- I was greeted immediately, and an associate serviced my bike right then while I browsed the vast assortment of accessories.  He finished with the bike within ten minutes, and kindly answered all of my questions. He also took the time to help me find a adapter for an accessory I was I interested in, but otherwise would not have been able to attach to my bike. Both of which had GREAT PRICES!
