Language barrier with the ignorance of the staff. Perhaps if discrimination on non-Hispanics would be a crime, this place would be guilty of such. Avoid if unable to coumminicate in Spanish. Unfortunately, this is typical for a primarily Spanish speaking neighborhood although an American establishment.
