Joseph was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. This is by far the best experience I've ever had inside a mobile phone store. I used to avoid them like the plague and try to do everything online, but I won't hesitate to go back here next time I need anything. Thanks!

I was a faithful AT&T Customer for years and the manager Kristal helped set me up with an awesome new phone and the unlimited plan. I was a little nervous about whether the coverage would be good enough but I have been extremely surprised and pleased with my service. Just as good, if not better than AT&T. Great decision. I am very happy I made the switch.

I had a wonderful experience. I had never owned an IPhone and Michael was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pros and cons to help me make decision. Kudos

Joseph is a wonderful guy. He go above and beyond to provide great customer service to his customers. I really enjoy coming into the store esp when he there because I KNOW he will do his best to make me happy. Thank you Tmobile for training your employees to provide great customer service esp since I been a customer since 2004.

Absolutely amazing store. So much character and friendly. I had a issue where i was miss informed but the Manger and rep. Went out of there way to help me out and make it right. They came through for me. I couldn't be more thankful
