Let me say that Sarah and Maggie are spectacular! They were patient with me (who knows little of IT). I came in needing help with a  iPhone 6 my 12 yr old daughter demolished. Knowing we were due an upgrade, hadn’t backed up our phones in ages to the cloud, walked in with no appointment, this would take time. They were so friendly. I left my phones with them while I picked up my daughter from practice. My child had no idea she was getting my old 7. They stayed after closing, explained everything to us, were practical when trying to access her phone. The screen would not light up, broken home button. You name it. You could only see it in the very dark. What did she do..... go get a box so she could see to access her phone all so I could trade it in for credit and get my kid set up. Very sweet ladies! I have been here multiple times but this visit was made exceptional by these 2 lovely ladies.

I went to the Verizon on Gunbarrel because my phone wasn't charging and they wouldn't help me.  They told me to go home and try and clean it.  I came to this store and they helped me right off the bat.  She was so helpful and gave me all of my choices and helped me.  She didn't push me out of the store.

Absolutely loved this store!! They were so nice and very helpful. Matt & Mikel we’re so very helpful!! This store is 100000x better than the Gunbarrel rd location. Very personable & very easy to work with. Would recommend going here over the Gunbarrel store any day of the week.

I came into this store today and asked for a simple tech question. The lady named Brittany helped me get a new tablet and programmed it for me and helped me with my old phone. No wait at all and very friendly. I will be back.
