The manager at this store was very rude and unhelpful. Was texting on his phone while “helping us”. Paid a month in advance to upgrade phone and then went in and was not able to upgrade. Very upset with this company.

Normally, i do NOT like to write reviews or rate the sales associates. However i was forced to do so this time. This review is being written because the attitude of one of the Female Sales Associate (i won't publish her name as i don't want her job in trouble) was so obnoxious that, i thought it would be better to get my job done in another T-mobile store elsewhere. Horrible experience!!

The rep who helped me (Carmella) did an awesome job assisting me. The service was fast and informational. I didn't have a long wait and she was very attentive.

One name stands above all. Emily. I know I said Brad in my first review but that was before I met Emily. If Brad is reasonable with my requests, Emily is proactively looking out for my best interests. Never experience that kind of customer service until that time. So for Emily, who for all intents and purposes, is the best one so far I've had the honor of meeting, cheers!

I can't speak for the people who claim to have had a bad experience from this particular store but that was NOT the case with me. The Dover area now has 4G LTE coverage. Customer service was great. If they didn't offer the phone I wanted in-store, they happily called around to neighboring stores in the Delaware area to see if they had it. No hassle and very professional.
