This place can't go out of business sooner. Long story short not all Sears sell their items at the same price some charge you more some charge you less for the exact same item. The online purchasing service takes advantage of customers. They'll send you to a Sears home or Sears store when the two places have different prices and return policies should you have an issue. Don't even bring up price matching or try to return your sears home item to a sears store you can't. This store is basically on it's way out entirely and they'll try to get every dime out of you that they can by playing dirty. Stick to Amazon or go to Walmart or any other store that has ethics when it comes to customer service. Just don't waste your money at sears unless it's their everything must go Liquidation sale this place will surely be having soon. Should of known better when I went there at the busy time of day and the place was entirely empty even void of cashiers.

Paid for repair on a gas stove. Tech showed up and we were charged $100 for a service check. The stove was not fixed but, I was told parts needed to be ordered and they scheduled for a week later. I took off work, waited all day. Had a call at 8:15 saying tech was on his way. No show, called Sears at 11:45 and they told me his first appointment was running late. Still a now show, at 3:30pm I called back and they told me the service call was cancelled that morning by the tech. Considering neither of the service reps on the phone spoke very good English it made this whole experience that much harder to figure out what was going on. WORST SERVICE COMPANY WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! WASTED MY MONEY AND MY TIME. VERY DISSATISFIED.

No option lower than one star. Large appliance mgr needs to learn customer service. A little bit of illegal activity on his part. Never will I shop there again! Reported to HQ as well. You've already lost several sales since his attitude with me.. unacceptable!
