I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service that I received in this store given the poor reviews. I was greeted when I entered the store, only had to wait about 5 minutes to see a representative, and Sandra was quick to take care of my needs.

First class idiots here !! 
This store needs to hire MATURE/professional employees . Paid off the EIP early and was told that receipt would be coming thru email (too lazy to print it out ) so I called them next day to send me the receipt but the arrogant and idiotic employee told me that she can’t find it and it’s not their responsibility to worry about it . Finally had to contact tmobile to resolve the issue and it did .
Never go here !!

This store has amazing customer service.... the reps were so helpful and knowledgeable.... I been going to his store for years the NEW GM Jessie is amazing helped me with an issue that customer service said they could not resolve!!! Thank you Clifton store!!

Went there to get help from switching over from Att to T-Mobile and hand in my final Att bill and they told me I had to do it myself. I called T-Mobile and they told me there were supposed to do it there. I guess they were to busy doing nothing.

the worst tmobile store.in the nj.unprofessional.store manage.they treat customers.badly.ibeen.with.tmobile for 10 years im switching to different company.because of this store.
