Customer service is cool. They opened the door as we walked up. The gentleman was patient. They definitely push their up sales... but that's their job- to make sales... insisting that it can all go towards the bill. That was a bit annoying... but, that's their job. Sales is sales. He tried to say that the phone was too new to be able to buy accessories anywhere else... bologna! As he was speaking I pulled up accessories online at a fraction of the store prices... but their job- is to make sales. So, overall... it was a smooth experience and they served their purpose.

Rude salesperson - rude "manager". I ad a bad experience last Saturday at this store. The salesperson tried to embarrass me in front of some women who were in the store by making a snide remark about my "old phone", after I asked if the store sold an accessory for it. Instead of simply say the store doesn't carry my accessories he looks at one of the ladies and quips "We iz on da Samsung 8 now..." and starts laughing. They both start laughing together and looking at me all crazy. I guess I was supposed to feel so bad I would whip out my wallet and buy a fresh new phone??? Great sales technique, dude. I reported his behavior to Customer care. They took my report, and asked me to contact the store manager. So I called the store and asked for the manager. Some guy identified himself as the manager, said his name was David. I asked him is he the Store Manager or an assistant manager? He got agitated and answered "I am 'A' manager...". I clarified my question, and he again said he is "A" manager. He started to argue with me and even tell me I can speak to anyone and anyone can help me - totally ignoring the fact that I specified exactly whom I wanted to speak with. SO - after back and forth with David about who I can and cannot speak to, I asked him if he had my report. He said no - but then he said my whole name during the conversation - I never told him my last name... interesting. I was re-telling him the story of what happened, and he interrupts me as if I was an employee -"That's supposition - you can't say that because you don't know!". i told him that he can edit the story how he likes on his own, but do not tell me how to tell the story. am not an employee, I am a customer - all that "supposition" and "hearsay" talk is for people you work with, not for customer complaints. had to tell him how to take complaints from a customer, which is sad. It felt like he thought I should give him some kind of reverence - as if he was MY boss. This guy has no clue - and if that is the manager, I see why employees are acting any kind of way they want. As I was telling him my complaint, he was talking to other people instead of writing it down like a manager is supposed to do. Then in the end he was just like "ok, I got it...". No confirmation of any kind of action whatsoever. He never took my info down, he just wanted to end the conversation so his store can get back to treating people rudely. I have escalated it above his head now - obviously nobody there is interested in fixing the ghetto-ness going on at this store. BTW- there is another store about a mile north of there. Go there instead.

They try to trick you into adding accessories to the amount your financing your phone. They're shady and also, MetroPCS has every phone they do and more and they're all about $100 cheaper. MetroPCS uses the same network as well. The insurance is a scam, the prices are out of control, and people pay more for the same service. It's stupid.

Usually a long line but service is pretty good. The lady with beautiful long black hair helped us upgrade to our new phones and was more than patient with us since we didn't back up our phones.
