Soon after a knee replacement my phone was dying. I went in to replace it. Marcus was extremely helpful from getting me a chair to going through my options. Since I switched from an android to an iPhone he helped me with many of the basic differences. I know that many people have had bad experiences in that store, but I have been going there since it opened. The only complaint I have is that it can be so busy I have to leave and come back later.  The service staff have always been very helpful.

Went in to get a new phone today. Decided on a phone. Salesman goes to the back comes back and tries to up sell me a case and cover before even bringing the phone out. When I say I just want the phone, he goes in the back and comes out to say they don't have any... ok fine, things happen. We go through 4-5 more phones, they are out of all of them. Go to Best Buy in the same shopping center. People there were fantastic. Better deal, better phone. Oh and I switched networks as well. It's not all the salesmans fault but they could use some help. If I could give Melisa at this location 6 stars she would get it. Her professionalism,knowledge, and efficiency made my experience AWESOME. If you go here ask for MELISA!!

I love going to the sprint store on Moreland Ave the customer service is amazing. Marus helped me with my bill and my purchase of the watch. Will be returning to that store and I live in Jonesboro def worth the drive. Manager is also very friendly with the customers unlike some

This Sprint location has always been poorly staffed with attitudinal, fast talking people.  This is a corporate store.  Spend more time training, selecting people who better represent Sprint.
