Dont trust this place or the woman who says she runs it. Dishonest.

After an unsuccessful attempt to resolve my issue with customer service via the chat option on the website I decided to go directly to a store. Kanaka was super friendly and extremely helpful. She was able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. She also recommended some tips for international travel, which T-MOBILE is great for. Very satisfied and would recommend stopping in to this store if you're planning any international travel.

If I could give no stars I would. I was a previous customer of T-Mobile and was thinking about coming back. Well I spoke with customer service over the phone and they brought up my old account and said we can bring you back but we need to get you a new SIM card. So they then told me I would have to pay but then after talking with them they wanted to get back previous clients like me and decided to get me a free SIM card. So I then rush to the nearest T-Mobile store to grab a SIM card as instructed by the customer service rep. I arrive with about 15 minutes to close and I know they wanted to go home but they had other clients there so I decided to wait just for a quick SIM card. It was my turn and I was approached by a woman who had blondish hair and looked to have pimples all over her face. She asked whether I or the guy that walked in at the same time was next and I said well all I need is a SIM card. She then without any greeting or a smile says "21.49" in an irritated voice. I then say the story I told with customer service and she said nope we do not give out free SIM's (which every other carrier does but T-Mobile wants to not retain clients). She then continues to be short with me and I walked out as she stood there looking like an idiot. I have never ever been treated in such a way and I have been to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. If she feels put out because she has to stay late then maybe a sales environment is not for her. One thing is for sure she needs to learn how to sell and how to have a better attitude. You lost a customer forever because of this woman and I hope something get done.

Store says they're open until 7pm so I went in at 6:50 pm to make a cash payment and the associate claimed they stopped taking cash payments at 6:30 pm. I guess they're not full service!
