Had a problem with a phone on which I had just changed the area code. I described the problem and the lovely young lady staff person passed her svelte​ fingers over a keyboard, and like magic the phone was working perfectly. Now, that's what I call world class service.

This store is fantastic. From the store manager, Brandon, to his crew of Drew, Chris, and Morgan. In a hyper competitive industry these guys stand out. Their knowledge of their plans and how they compete is top notch. The follow up with calls when they commit to calling you back. They support you after your purchase as well. Couldn't give a higher recommendation than what I would give to this store.

That team in Rio Rancho is phenomenal!!! Justin helped me out and was great! Had to call the Manager Brandon and even though he told me he was on vacation, he took time out of his day to point me in the right direction. Thank you those that work there- some of you are reliable, true to your word and it's actually really relaxed, funny and fun there :-)

I was very please with the service that Sprint provided. All questions were answered and Brandon the manager made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for a phone.
