Everytime i have gone to this location, i have been helped by a Tmobile rep named john, he has gone above and beyond to provide with 5-star amazing serviceat every single visit, very polite, informative, and helpfull. John has become my go to rep at this store for any of my tmobile needs. Thanks again To this location and especially to John for the great service!

Welllllllll I'm Jadira and I would never hang up on a customer unless you were rude and cursing me out. 2nd we are not able to give out customer account information over the phone so I'm pretty sure that my manager told you to call customer service not back "tomorrow" and If our attitudes sucked so much why did my customers follow me to my new location for my service :)  We are not thieves people just don't pay attention to what they are agreeing to and signing . Now there is a whole new staff so I can't speak for them
