Medicore service at it's finest. However, I have seen worse. I had an issue with my phone , but the salesperson tried to convince me otherwise. After My phone clearly wouldn't come on, after about 15 minutes, they said they'd order me a replacement. (As a side note, I had an "electrical issue" with my phone. No Other damage was noted)

My husband and i switched from Verizon to Tmobile. We got a much better deal, and both men working there were very polite and helpful!

This company is a joke. Their store manager and salespeople will mislead you to buy what they want you to buy. If there is minus star, I would give them minus star. 
I would never go back to t Mobil after I have been their customer for over 11 years, I will also make sure all my friends and family switch.

I was hesitant to go to this location based on the reviews but could not be happier with the service I received. They spent close to an hour explaining to us phones and plans and much more time switching us from Verizon. Even though our transitioning of information from an I-Phone to the new S8 took for ever and needed us to come back a few times. Not once did it seem like "Oh Crap it is them again". They worked with us until we were completely satisfied. They are the way a sales team should be. I would not recommend anyplace else!!!!

I went there to purchase equipment only and quickly felt they were hiding something. They charged me an upgrade fee and I don't have their service, the phone was a gift but whatever I took the phone anyway when I got out to the parking lot I looked at the receipt and realized that they put someone else's name on it and had a phone number assigned to the phone that was not activated. I called the number and voicemail was in Spanish. I returned it 5 minutes later and found that they put my phone on an employee's plan. I paid with a credit card and they said they would fix it so it would be like it never happened but would not give me copies of the paperwork. F***KING CRIMINALS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
