I went to this location to purchase the LG G5 on Sunday, February 12th.  Robert and Jeremiah were working and I was instantly greeted and offered assistance.  Robert dealt with my transaction from start to finish and the entire experience was very pleasant.  They did not have the LG G5 in stock at their T-Mobile booth - Robert even checked the storage unit located away from the booth.  When he returned he called a nearby T-Mobile store to see if they have the phone which they did.  He offered to personally drive to the store to pick up the phone and bring it back (this excursion was a family affair including my husband, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and three toddlers between us).  The rest of the transaction went smoothly and Robert was very patient with me as I had a screaming toddler on my hip slowing me down during some of the prompts and requests.  I was also impressed by how professional both Robert and Jeremiah were while dealing with a disgruntled customer during my transaction.  All in all, I was very impressed by this location and the staff.

Unbelievable customer service. You can tell there's some seriously good management here. I believe the managers name is Rick or Ricky? You go in there, and even if you just have some random question about something totally unrelated to sales... they're seriously all about helping you no matter what. I trust them seriously. I wasn't even really interested in getting a plan, I was killing time while my wife was getting her nails done, and BOOM, switched us from Verizon that day, they saved us a lot of money, and we still go in to pay our bills at the store instead of online, just because we love seeing everyone.
