Nice, less crowded T-Mobile location. Usual selection of brands and services. Check the fine print though... we were sold on an offer that the rebate had expired on.

Randy is the best customer representative there ever was at T-Mobile. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, shook my hand, answered all of the possible questions and concerns I had about my iPhone 7Plus. Also did a amazing job putting on the screen protector. I can tell he truly cares about his customers and puts maximum amount of energy and patience into everyone that walks in T-Mobile.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store! My iPhone literally exploded on the concrete this evening and I had about 20 minutes to make it to T-Mobile to have it replaced. I called the store and told Randy, who is the nicest and most professional customer service rep ever, what happened and he not only helped me navigate there, but he was waiting at the door with my account already up on the screen and the process started when I arrived! Randy and CeCe, the assistant manager, helped me get everything in order and even stayed late (by 40 minutes) to make sure I had everything I needed. I am incredibly impressed with the service I received by T-Mobile as a company and also with the courteous staff this location has employed. Randy and CeCe went above and beyond tonight and I highly recommend both of them! Thank you guys!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! After discussing my connectivity issue, they didn't go for excuses and provided an actual solution. The missing star is for T-Mobile itself: Be thankful that you have staff who provide a level of service that essentially "covers" for your spotty coverage in the area. It's pretty hard, almost comedic, to have a customer with no service bars walking into, yes, a T-Mobile store.

Been with Tmo over 10 years, and I still love em. The staff here is great, ever helpful, and the manager shares his coffee. Kudos to them!
