Got hooked up with T-Mobile service and it's working great.  The staff was helpful and quick.  No problems at all.  Plus the service is cheaper than AT&T!  I'm happy! 😁

I had an issue with a phone I had just received. I was instructed I could bring the phone into any T-Mobile store and they would be able to assist me. I came in and explained my situation. Not only did they (a man, and woman whose names I forgot) turn me away. They did so without ever looking at my account, and digging deeper into the issue. I was flat out told they could not assist me, because I called customer care first and they (customer care) would have to assist me. Which absolutely made no sense as I previously mentioned customer care had directed me to a T-Mobile store. I have absolutely no issue with my service with T-mobile and usually I've had nothing, but great experiences with T-mobile customer service both in store and over the phone. This experience was anything but the customer service experience I've become accustomed to and "spoiled"ly" (I know it's not a word) expect. Needless to say, 1 star.

Unbelievable service from this store. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need nor want. The employees here are trained in excellent customer service and it really shows.

I will always return to this store from here on out. I can't even begin to describe how glad I am that I found this store. 

I really feel as though I get what I need when I go here, rather than what they want to sell me, like other cell phone shops.

I would like to give them less than one star for service. We signed up for a deal that we didn't get. Keep calling them to straighten it out but with no luck and keep telling us we'll call you back and they never do. 3 months later and nothing changed.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible service every time. Granted, I do go in for exchanges, but every time I'm treated like I'm dumb enough to work there.  Want to know how I know its terrible service? I go to any other T-mobile store and they've done exactly what I need. Look out especially for the short guy with dark hair and glasses.
