Called to see if they had any Samsung Galaxy S8+ phones in stock. Rep didn't know. Asked her to check. Came back on the phone saying she couldn't release that information and that I should stop by the store. What? This store is not customer focused. I am not driving to a location without knowing whether or not they have a device I'm looking for. By the way, called other TMobile stores in the area, and they were more than happy to tell me if they had the device in stock. Wanted to give this new location a chance, but my first impression of them is of total failure.

This place is great!!! They hooked me up, and the customer service was great. I was quickly helped and got what I needed.

Called bc T-Mobile screwed me on preorder of Galaxy s8 and did not send me a confirmation email therefore cancelling the preorder that was signed and paid. When asked what could be done answer was clear from this store nothing. "we might be able to get you the phone itself" but none of the preorder benefits you paid for and was promised.
