Weird plan services, staff was more than happy to take the time explaining them all to me.

Staff insisted that I had to pay a $20 activation fee for an international traveler SIM card offer that online said no activation fee required. Since I was in a rush and not sure that they were wrong, I unhappily paid and left.

Contacted​ customer service, who verified that I shouldn't have been​ charged. When *they* contacted the store, the store was dragging their feet about refunding me. In the end, T-Mobile sent me a check.

This location helped us set up a new lines with our existing phone numbers to take advantage of the promotion. We paid reactivating fee and all that. We noticed we have been charged 2 times every month since June. They failed to cancel the old plan and a refusing to credit the 2nd charges (for the same phone lines!!).

Ashley is awesome!! very helpful and informative. Actually goes above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the best use out of T-Mobile that you possibly can. Very understanding and doesn't mind going the extra mile even if she doesn't have to!!!!

I recently bought the new samsung Galaxy s8! Ashley and Rober were great with helping me with my service for my new phone! I love it! Looking for a new phone definitely reccomend coming to this location it was a fun experience!
