It was busy not too many people available to help but I've actually found what I needed and the help that I did receive was courteous.

Nacola provided customer service above and beyond my expectations. Faced with having to buy a toilet and water​ heater at the same time and get them to our new condo, she took the time and effort to be sure everything would be to our satisfaction. She made Home Depot look very good.

Had a great experience until I reached the door. Then I was racially profiled and had two employees run from there stations leaving customers to check a receipt that was clearly in my hand. I have shopped in multiple home depots and had to come to boca raton to be treated like a thief in front of customers. Worst experience ever. Avoid if possible.
