The girl Lana was very very nice, very patient I bought a brand new phone and she waited on us till they closed, she's a great worker and she actually said she liked her job.

Nice, standalone location. Came here to switch plans, and although it took a while, the employees have a nice organized system of processing customers based on when they came in. Very helpful staff!

Best cell phone buying experience ever! I came in to the store 30 minutes before closing to switch from AT&T with four lines being transferred. They were outgoing, ffiendly, and in no rush at all. We finished around 8:30, 90 minutes after they closed, and they could care less. They also called me twice to make sure everything was going well, and reminding me to come back in with my last bill from my old carrier to help me with having t-mobile pay off my balance from cell phones.

Rude and definitely not helpful. If you come in looking to upgrade or buy they are very helpful anything related to mysterious charges or customer service they don't seem to even care

Good T-Mobile store, a little small but they have all phones on demo to try out etc.
