Most important thing in a music store is I can browse without someone hovering over my shoulder. They let you do that here. Asked if I needed help, and I said I was just looking. No pressure after that, I could look around with getting the evil eye from staff. Scoped out the guitars but wasn't ready to buy last week. Went back today with the firm idea of which model I wanted, and got a good deal. Highly recommend Jim's Music Center.

My family has purchased guitars here and had the best experience, with knowledgeable clerks that exhibited enthusiasm in their work.  When my Grandson broke his guitar, he was very satisfied with repairs and the restringing  and tuning demonstration.

Great store, with friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in on a Friday around noon.  I was greeted by at least 3 employees and allowed to play whatever guitar I desired.  I got a 60% off deal on Elixir guitar strings.  I placed myself on their mailing list, and will be back.  Good job, guys!

I bought a Bass Trombone from them and they were so nice in price negotiation, just so nice and friendly!!! LOVE JIM'S also Greg is really awesome he helps me with any issue I might have with my instrument anything from asking about some knowledge into instruments and maybe tweak something here or there. Great place to get your next instrument!

This place is great. They had the instrument I wanted and gave me the cleaning kit. They also gave me a case. Sadly, the line was pretty long. At least it wasn't a boring Music Center.
